SUP Tonic invites you to join our Thursday evening and Saturday morning training sessions.

We are a community focused-recreational level club that enjoys training for health, fitness and the love of SUP.

I don’t self-promote very well, but I am one of the most committed operators that will support you, encourage you and provide a service that is reliable, consistent and flexible.

We are a mixed bunch that paddle for different reasons. Some of us are training for fitness and want to be race ready and some of us just love being on the water. Either way, if you paddle regularly, by default you will improve fitness and core strength at any level.

“My name is Maree” and I have been dedicated to bring stand up paddle sessions to grass roots for nearly a decade.
I am not an elite paddler. However, I AM a qualified and COMMITTED community coach that feels strongly about being “present” in “person” face to face! I’m on the water. I will work with you from the ground up to help you build a solid foundation to move forward.

I’m an intuitive paddler and I’ve taken the long way around which means I understand what you’re going through, I understand your frustrations and can help you work through them. I’m the one that has made all the mistakes so you don’t have to!

At an affordable cost you can join our sessions or become a member and in return you will receive personal commitment and dedication.

Paddling experience is required for our Thursday and Saturday sessions. If you are a newbie, join one of our beginner workshops. It’s the first stepping stone to get started! We are stronger together.
