Beginner Stand Up Paddle Boarding Lessons

Introductory SUP Workshop for Beginners
Learn to SUP in a friendly environment on the beautiful upper reaches of the Swan. We have one of the most protected areas of the river to teach SUP and sometimes we have the company of a dolphin or two!
This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners with no prior SUP experience. Get a group together for the best fun you’ll have on the water.
We’ll cover basic paddling technique, safety, balance and confidence. This session is fun and informative and is designed as an introduction to take your paddling further for fitness and/or recreation.
Upon completion you will have a sound introduction to stand up paddle boarding and this will be particularly important for those who have just purchased a SUP or thinking about purchasing their first paddle board.
Please note if you are recovering from injury or have an issue with knees make sure you have clearance to participate from your health practitioner.
If you are unsure if this session will be suitable for you, please contact Maree 0499 973 995 for a chat.
