Introducing S-A-S stand up paddle boarding for SUP-er Adventurous Seniors!
If you are 60 plus and looking for a new activity that offers fitness and challenges or you simply want to try something new put stand up paddle boarding on the top of your list.
This low impact sport assists to improve core strength, balance and fitness and can be a fabulous addition to your lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing.
You don’t have to be an athlete to stand up paddle! In fact, stand up paddle boarding is suitable for most levels of fitness at any age. Our sessions will take you through the absolute basics progressing towards developing fitness, skills and technique while having a heap of fun! You’ll experience nature up close and personal, meet some amazing new people and open up another world of outdoor adventures.

- Where: Garvey Park, Ascot (End of Fauntleroy Ave)
- When: Every Sunday
- Time: 4.30 pm – 6.00 pm
- What to wear: Exercise gear, Hat, Long Sleeve Rashie
- What to bring: Water, towel, change of clothes, snacks
