Your workout will include paddleboard interval workouts combined with SUP skills & drills for balance and fitness.

SUP Fit - Skills and Drills (Saturdays)
When: Every Saturday, 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Focus: Improve your balance, technique, and overall fitness through a dynamic mix of interval paddling and targeted drills.
Ideal for: Paddlers looking to refine their skills and build core strength in a fun, supportive environment.
SUP Fit Distance and Pace (Thursdays)
When: Every Thursday, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Focus: Challenge yourself with intervals and turns.
Ideal for: Experienced paddlers aiming to push their performance and stamina.
Essential Details for Your SUP Session
SUP experience is essential.
Bring a change of clothes, towel, water and a sense of humour.
Board Requirements and Rentals
BYO Board. Board hire available (must book in advance).
Best board size – 12.6 to 14 ft (longboards)
