PUPS ON SUPS BEGINNERS PADDLE AND TRAINING WORKSHOP!

Register now for the Pups on Sups Obedience Weekend Workshop!

This will be suited to absolute beginners with no prior paddling experience or paddlers who are yet to get up on their feet with their dog on board!

Maree and Mandy have teamed up to bring a fun and unique element into dog training and to share their passion for animal welfare, the environment and thinking outside the box!

The weekend morning workshop is designed to combine basic obedience training and stand up paddle boarding skills. Day 1 will focus on basic SUP skills and safety and how to get back on your board after falling off. You will learn how to stand up and stay up with your dog on board in preparation for day 2. The session will be followed with a champagne brunch in the gorgeous grounds of Garvey park for some Q & A time.

Day 2 will be based on team work with you and your dog learning cue commands relevant to stand up paddle boarding to improve communication and balance.  At the end of the workshop you will be able to stand up paddle with your dog, identify potential safety hazards when launching, dismounting and during your paddle.
