Your workout will include, interval paddling combined with skills & drills for balance and fitness

You’ll be supervised in a safe environment whilst honing in on skills, balance and paddling fitness. What you put in is what you will gain from these sessions. SUP experience essential. Not suitable for complete beginners. Ideal for participants who have completed our Intro to SUP course or equivalent.

Short and long boards + inflatables welcome.

Where: Claughton Reserve, Bayswater (end of Katanning St)

When: 9.00 am – 10.30 am

Bring

Change of clothes
Booties (optional)
Towel
Water
Sunscreen & sun protective clothing, hat
If wearing sunglasses please wear cheap ones. If your Ray Bans fall into the river you wont get them back!
