SUP FIT SESH #2 (CHALLENGING)

Your workout will include, interval paddling combined with skills & drills for balance and fitness

You’ll be supervised in a safe environment whilst honing in on skills, balance and paddling fitness. What you out in is what you will gain from these sessions. SUP experience essential. Not suitable for complete beginners. Ideal for participants with at least 4 lessons under your belt or equivalent.

Where:

Sandy Beach Reserve, Bassendean (end of West Rd)

When:

Saturday, 9.00 am – 10.15 am.
*Please arrive on time. We cannot wait if you are late

Bring

Change of clothes
Booties (optional)
Towel
Water
Sunscreen & sun protective clothing, hat
If wearing sunglasses please wear cheap ones. If your Ray Bans fall into the river you wont get them back!
