Sup Launch Location:
Milne Street, Bayswater. Good sized beach to launch from.

Parking:
Plenty of free parking. It can get busy here if the rowing club have an event.

Ablution Facilities:
Ablution block

BBQ & Picnic Areas:
Several BBQ’s and picnic tables. Kids playground

Cafes:
Nil. Cool Breeze Mobile cafe in the park providing coffee and basic snacks

Safety Notes/General Comments:
Be mindful of submerged tree branches and old jetty posts near the river’s edge. Random rocks are possible at the launch entry point. It can get very choppy in this area either side of the bridge if the wind is up. Some boat & ferry activity and is a popular spot with kayakers. Dolphins often spotted.  Paddle under the Garratt Road Bridge and head towards Maylands or into the Ascot Wildlife Sanctuary.
